Standard Mileage Rate: $1.65/mile

Day Rate: Negotiable pending mileage

Night/Motel: $75 or cost of room

Cancellation after pilot leaves for job: $150

Downtime/Delay after one hour: $40/hour

Layover/Weekend or Breakdown: $250 plus room charge
